| 2. What is our service ? |
| 1.) Once the customer place an order more than USD50,000.00,we will supply series of new samples together with shipment products in the container, in order to support our customer to develop the market in the next year.
2.) For one item, if the order quantity reaches 8000SETS or the order amount reaches USD8000.00, a special design on the color box will be free of charge, including the film roll, or customer can send their new artwork for our printing.
3.) Some spare boxes will be supplied for package replacement with shipment products if needed.
4.) A Domestic return air ticket(come and back) will be paid by our company while visiting our company for the customers who have placed orders more than USD1000,000.00
5.) Quality guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our products after shipment. Any claim will be responsed under the quality problem of our products within one year.
6.) Any inquiry from our customer will be replied within 24 hours efficiently.
